Hi, Mike here and I have been training with Tom Peterson for a month now through Your Training Zone and have started to really feel the benefits of the program. I have a half marathon coming up and am no longer worried about the distance or my endurance. Granted, I am going to do it as a training run. I'm looking forward to competing in my first Half Ironman this year and am getting more confident everyday. I'm really getting anxious to race and still have a hard time staying in my zone 1 at times but can't wait to see the results of the training.
I will post my results after the half marathon this weekend and let you know how I felt running.

Culinary training they have schools that specialize in this the only other way I know of is to have a chef teach you personally
No it does not. When you import tracks into iTunes it simply notes the location of file and plays it from that location when you click play. The only exception is when you import a track that iTunes does not directly support like WMA. When you import a WMA, iTunes converts the track to the format determined by your import settings and places it in iTunes music folder. The original file is left in its original location and can be deleted.
